What is SUNeVision Cloud eXchange (SCX)? >
SCX is a cloud exchange platform that designed to meet the increasing demand for multi-cloud connectivity.
It is a layer-2 platform with Virtual cross-connect (VxC) to enable flexible connections. A single SCX port can host multiple virtual connections to access different CSPs.
Where can I get access to SCX? >
Customers can access SCX at any data centres on MEGA Campus (i.e. MEGA-i, MEGA Gateway, MEGA IDC, MEGA Plus and MEGA Two) in Hong Kong at the same rate without extra cost for MEGA Connect.
The SCX platform is deployed on our DWDM platform with ring-protected backbone, namely MEGA Connect, on MEGA Campus.
Which regions of CSPs are currently covered by SCX? >
Through the NNI of the SCX platform with respective cloud gateways resided on MEGA Campus, customers can access all regions of those CSPs.
Can I subscribe SCX service without having racks in your data centres? >
This is subject to approval on a case by case basis. Please contact us for more information. How can I order an Exchange Port and VxC? >

- Once the Exchange Port is ready, a self-service webpage will be provided for VxC ordering. Customer can log in to SCX VxC Portal on SUNeVision's website to submit your request for VxC ordering.
